The Marxist party always values the parties' relation, in the aspects of handling parties' relation, especially the relation of the party and the mass, which bas the backlogs and precious experience. In the condition of developing socialism market economy and governing, keeping and strengthen ing the flesh and blood contact of the party with the people crowd is an important topic of strengthening the ruling ability construction of the party.
