The phenomenon of employment discrimination in the graduate employment market is uncontroversial fact, which has destroyed gravely the impartial competition environment in the graduate employment market, hindered free flow of talents, influence optimization deploy and full employment of graduate resource, which leads to the dissipation of the talents, aggravation of society's inequality, affects the construction of harmonious society.
