The Communist Party of China is the center of the political system in modem China as the ruling party and the core of the leadership in building socialism. The governing of CPC determines the overall situation of Chinese socialist modernization and the process to achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. So, the study of governing problem of our Party became the important construction of party and politics.The governance strategy is the comprehensive governance plan, policy or strategy, which is the main problem that is related to what strategy the Party in power adopts to promote the economic and social development, to ensure a long-existing peaceful situation for the Party and the country, which experienced an everlasting process of self-perfecting and creating during the eighty six years of the CPC's history. To implement scientific strategy for governance and to push forward all-round sustainable development of the society with four statuses and one system .We analyze the conductive regulations and implementing policies and measures of relations between parties and politics and people, including the mechanism of power operation, power supervision and political participation centered on raising the efficiency and level of governance in the process of our Party's governance.
