The Relationship Among West Province Government On The Scope Of Public Governance

Along with the economic globalization and areas economic integration, domestic provinces have been on the way of areas economic integration. But domestic provinces have confronted of an important problem during the process of areas economic integration: how does the political superstructure gear to and drive forward the economical basis to deep level. The key to the problem is the coordination among domestic provinces during the process of economic cooperation. So does the western. As for the western, the coordination among provinces is not only good to strengthen ability to economic development, but also good to the target of the development of the western regions. Local interest is the key to the coordination of relationship among provinces, meanwhile, the way of government is converting to the governance, the government doesn't interfere the operation of specific economy, the only way to achieve their interest is by making policy.Beginning with the local interest ,that is the key to the coordination of west government relationship, the article studies the relationship before and after the government obtains their local interest, and the economic activities during the process of for local interest. Then the article gets a conclusion that whether cooperation or competition among government is not good to deepen the relationship of provinces, sometimes even bad. We need a new thought to improve the relationship among the provinces. And that is mutual complements and policy-oriented in cooperation.
