The Probing Into The Principles Of Establishing The System Of Responsibility For Juvenile Delinquency

Our country had been worked for the rights and interests of the youth for a long time. Bu juvenile delinquency is becoming more and more serious in reality. The criminal law currently i(?) effect in our country has been lost its ability of equal to its ambition. So, in my opinion, we shouk seek other way to reduce juvenile delinquency according to the cause of the delinquent child. We should resolve the problem by many ways at the time. Such as taking precautions aginst it and juvenile judicial correction. So, there are three parts in my thesis. The first part is the analysing of the current law that is in effect on the youth. The second part is the necessity of establishing the system of responsibility for juvenile delinquency. The third part is the probing into its applying principles in the system. There are three principles in this system. They are the principle of specific state, the principle of punishing and appropriate retribution and the principle of independent and particular judicial procedure. Maybe my thesis is not perfect, maybe there are many defects need to be consummated in my thesis. But I hope this thesis could provide successful experiences of others to go by.
