A Study On The Cybernetics Learning Theory And It's Application For The Construction Of Learning Army

This article takes the construction of the learning army as the applicationbackground, established the Cybernetics learning theory using the learning system, thestudy model and the learning mechanism as the central content. Based on the basicconcept that the study process is an information and the control process, using theCybernetics principle, as well as the System theory and the Information theorysynthetically, this article has established the nonlinear feedback, self-adaption andself-organization's study mechanism. From the viewpoint that army organization is akind of special study system, this article abstracts the army organization to thecybernetics system model having high-level intelligent, and the man-machine union;According to the established study principle, aiming at the actual problem in the armyconstruction , to improve the information and the control question in the armyinformationization construction, as well as the question of adaptiveness ability and theorganization in the campaign, this article proposed author's improvement tentative plan,theopinionandthecountermeasure.
