On Female Violation Of The Criminal Procedure And Educational Transformation

At the end of 1970's and at the beginning of 1980's, prostitution which is an ugly social phenomenon began to appear once more in our country, and spread rapidly. It's meaningful to study how to treat and understand this special group, find out the reasons for which they prostitute, educate the prostitutes efficiently during the change of society and reduce the unharmonious elements in the society. It is what this thesis try to solve.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction of the article. The present situation of prostitution, the defects of related research, the meaning of this research, the representation of this case, the main point, the difficult point and the creative point are analyzed in this part. The second part elaborates the characters of the female violation of the criminal procedure by giving some examples. On the condition of investigating the personal basic characters, the basic characters of the families, the situation that they accept education, the characters of their concepts of value, the basic personal characters of the female who violate the law on sex are generalized. It is the basis of the analysis of the reasons and the strategies of educating them.The third part is the analysis of the reasons for which the female violate the law on sex. It generalizes the main reasons for which the female violate the law on sex deeply on the basis of the second part. The reasons are the negative affects of the change of the society, the defects of the education in the family, the unfair discrimination between sex and the deficiency of sex education.The fourth part analyzes how to educate the trainees in the house of detention education. The main measures which are education on law, labor education, moral education, education on health and social education to educate the trainees at present are introduced in this part.The fifth part reflects the detention education in practice. It is considered that the ideas of"preventing is better than healing"should be carried through. At the end of this part, the problems in the system of detention education are elaborated, and it's hoped to be good for reforming the system of detention education at present.In a word, the group of the female who break the law on sex should be cared for especially by the society, it's not enough to rely on detention education. It's a systematic project of the society and needs the support of all sides of the society. It's hoped to make people in the society have objective knowledge about them, pay attention to them, care for them and help them return to the main stream of the society.
