The Construction Of The Public Service Government In The Economic Society Transconformation

Before going to detail, the concept and rationale of the public service government was made clear and the experience of public service accumulated overseas was introduced in this thesis. And then, the advancement of the economic society transconformation in Zhejiang province was taken as a case to demonstrate the subject. Firstly, the management transconformation in the government of Zhejiang province was described and the challenge that the government facing in transconformation was analyzed. Secondly, the opinion was proposed that it was judicious to construct a public service government during the reformation. Lastly, the thesis analyzed the basic mentality and the choice of path of Zhejiang in building up a public service government. The opinion was held that the economic society transcomformation depends on the impulse and the innovation of the government. The superiority of the market economy makes zhejiang leading the way in the construction of public service governments in China. Under the new environment, Zhejiang must speed up the government transconformation and focus on the construction of the public service government, so that Zhejiang can implement the transconformation of developing patterns, strengthen its economical competitive ability in the international world and promote a harmonious and stabilized society.
