Corporation has been taking an important role in the social development. at the same time, as the corporation is becoming larger and larger,the corporation seeking profit has made the negative effects on society increasingly. So the social public has doubted that seeking profits is the only goal of the corporation, and then has become discussing the topic of corporate social responsibility (CSR) campaign. More and more governments, corporations and the social public have already realized that corporations should also ensure and promote social public good. With the economical globalization, CSR campaign has been promoted in the world in the middle of 1900s.In china, CSR campaign has firstly been affected on the company who supplies goods for the multinational corporation ,and the on the other companies. in the long range, the corporation obtaining the social responsibility not only due to the pressure that social public impress on, but also the long term strategy that the corporation seeking development .CSR campaign need to be promoted by the government ,social public and the corporation .this article from the point of the intermediate organization. Firstly, it introduces the concept of CSR, the background of CSR campaign, the main promoting force and the present situation.Secondly, the author analyses the concept and the law attribute of the social intermediate organization and some social intermediate organization that playing a role in CSR campaign.Thirdly, the author compared with the status of the social intermediate organization in different department laws, makes it clear that the relations among the social intermediate organization, the government and the corporation, and then founds the defects of the legal status of the social intermediate organization and analyses why does it existent these defects.Lastly, the article poses some measures of breeding the social intermediate organization in CSR campaign. The government of china should change the conception of the rule and perfect the law about the social intermediate organization.
