Discussion On Improving Xingjiang's E-government Construction

The sixteenth congress of China's communist refers that advancing converging governmental function and improving management formation and going on practicing e-government so as to make the administration more efficient and the cost much less. Meanwhile, come out normal behavior and harmonious communication whereas administration system is open and without corruption. The e-government construction has been the work that most focusing by both party and society, so to accelerate the e-government construction is vital to the administration of economical and social affairs and enhancement of governmental service function. It also plays a very important role in sharing the resource of kinds of social information and accelerating whole country's information construction. Since e-government has its own characteristics and its special role that plays in whole country, we must obey several principles in order to avoid making mistakes.This essay uses joining investigation method and looking up documentary method, combined theory and practices together, examined the states quo of Xinjiang's e-government's construction carefully and analyzed problems that affecting e-government construction. I make an effort to give nine specific strategies and suggestions, hoping that my effort can advance the construction of Xinjiang'e-government. At last, I give my prediction on the future of Xinjiang's e-government construction.
