The customary law for each nationality in china is defined as the culture accumulated in the process of labouring and through of hundreds and thousands of years by people of all nationalities, and as the property of conventionally legal culture. Historically and presently, it impinges upon the conduct and thoughts of people of nationalities. The problem is, however, people of all nationalities do not totally have their norms of conduct alterd and act accordingly in terms of the law set by the country instead. Still, they observe the customary law of their own and put them into practice to resolve their disputes and controversial issues of daily life. The reason to this occurrence consists in the fact that people of all nationalities have a special place in their hearts for the customary law. This thesis, based on the customary laws of people of weiwuer in terms of their marriages, discloses the differences and various forms of expression between the customary laws of all nationalities and the state formulated law from aspects of their rules. The thesis statement is thus formed of which an idea of an organic whole is introduced.
