This paper is to study the relationship between China and India. Sino-India relation is one of the most subtle and complicated bilateral relations as concerned. Since half a century ago, continued fights and quarrels led an unstable connection between these two countries. Frontier battle in 1962 and India's nuclear test in 1998 even made it worse. Entering new century, the relation has become gradually recovering. Till India's Prime Minister Vajpayee visited China, India changed its attitude towards China apparently. The two countries finally established stable Strategic Partnership Relations in 2005, while Premier Wen Jia-bao's visiting India drew the two countries closer. 2006 is Sino-India Friendship Year. We hold the sincere prospect that China and India will grasp this opportunity and develop the mutual relationship, though some obstacles may occur.
