Through reviewing the systems of paying by installments, by means of norm analysis, comparative research and so on, this article mainly discusses and studies on the five aspects based on the theory and practice: (1)Scope of application; (2) Publication system; (3) Definition of the stock rights; (4) Call system (5) Responsibility system; Furthermore, this article raises suggestions to the systems of paying by installments under the Company Law in China.
