Research On Thirty Cases Of The Underworld Nature Organization

Since the beginning of the eighties of the 20th century, the economy of our country has got a considerable development and the people's living standard has been improved generally as the constant promotion of reform and opening in our country. Meanwhile, social bad phenomena such as unfair distribution, wide gap between the rich and the poor and corruption, etc. appeared in succession. Some people's psychology is out-of-balance, the social morals are lost and human nature is distorted so that the crime of material type in our country rises sharply. In the course of crime, some criminals get together to make up the organizations and use the strength of organization to commit various crimes in order to gather greater crime energy and obtain more crime benefit, then the underworld nature crime revived in our country from then on and breed and spread rapidly.The underworld nature crime is a crime with complicated reason and serious harmfulness. In order to understand deeply the underworld nature crime, the author collected 30 typical cases. Through the concrete analysis of these cases, the writer summarized the characteristic and the reason of the underworld nature organization and precautions against this crime according to the theory of relevant sociology. Finally the author put forward his own opinions and suggestions on prevention and control of this kind of crime for the government and judicial authority from the angle of practicality. Through an analysis of the cases, the author summed up the characteristic of underworld nature organization in five aspects, namely the features of structure, member, violence, profitability and political corrosion. Profitability among them is the essential characteristic and the ultimate goal of the underworld nature organization; the violence is the means by which the underworld nature organization is able to control a certain region to seek the sudden huge economic benefits and the political corrosion is the indispensable outside condition under which the underworld nature organization is growing bigger all the time.â…¡. The reason for the emergence of the underworld nature crime. There are all kinds of social backgrounds in the breeding of the underworld nature crime and its cause is a complicated system formed by pluralism factor. In this part the writer analyzed the reason why the underworld nature crime emerge in eight respects such as the constant division between the rich and the poor of our country, the control on flowing population out of work, the organization building at the basic lagging behind etc. Management system of market economy is not perfect, the power corruption is becoming more serious and the bad culture overflows which have become a main reason why the underworld nature crime producesâ…¢.
