A Study On The Lender Of Last Resort In Banking Crisis Salvation Of Our Country

The commercial banks, special enterprises which gain payoffs from debts, was born with risks. Because commercial banks have the character, that is, high danger and strong infection, an individule banking crisis often causes the banking systematic crisis, so the security and stability of the entire financial system will be in dangerous, and further endangers the entire national economic development. Therefore, the various countries' banking supervision organs take it as a vitally important job without expection. The banking crisis salvation legal system is an effective safeguard mechanism to resolve the banking crisis. It has been being the important part of various countries' finance security legal system increasingly, where the Lender of Last Resort, one of the modern banking crisis salvation legal system, is playing the more and more vital role in many national finance security system.This paper introduces theories and its fulfillments of the oversea Lender of Last Resort, then thoretically analyzes the defects of the current Lender of Last Resort of our country, links China's actual situation and makes some recommendations to improve our legal system with analytical method.The entire article is divided into four chapters. On the basis of our reality, the chapter analyzes the necessity of consummation, brings forward suggestions to perfecting Lender of Last Resort with foreign experiences.
