The traditional criminal law and criminology always more attention to the criminals. And the academic circles set up a system which is called country- criminal model to pretend criminal from society. However, there is no roll for the victims. They are put away from court and justice by the country's power. They have no right to find out who is to be blame, and they even have no right to ask for money from the criminal to make up for a loss of their broken hearts. How miserable they are. In fact, such a situation is going to blow up like a bomb between the criminals and the victims. We must do something for the victims to prevent their human rights. Especially do more things for them after they been hurt, and prevent them to be injured again and again.
