Social Exclusion&Right Poverty A Research On Right Guarantee Of Rural Worker

The rural worker is a peculiar group who is formed from planned economy system to market economy system in our course of urbanization and industrialization. They have made a great contribution to urban construction and development, but their fundamental right guarantee and exclusion which also has aroused more and more attention in city.The research which passes the analysis to survey materials and interview materials of the case on the basis that the literature reviews shows that the rural worker is excluded in employment, political participation,social security and rural worker's own training and children' education because of the poverty in economic, political,social and cultural right in the city, thus in the position of marginalization. The researcher points out on this base that the main forming factor of exclusion and right poverty of rural worker is institutional. Its direct consequence is causing the shortage of the economic capital of the rural worker and exerting a negative influence on integration and stability of the society.Finally,the researcher offers the suggestion of dispelling the policy that the society repel right poverty and receive of rural worker to repel current situation.The research attempts to study the problem of exclusion that the rural worker receive in terms of citizen's fundamental right, in order to seek to go out of the way of a kind of coordinated development in urban and rural areas, thus realize the fair and just of the society.
