Preliminary Study On Civil Sprit In Cyber-forum

At present ,the rapid development of internet technology has made the human society come into the third transition period ,and it is also can be said that the core of society is transforming from industry to information .it has changed human' way of producing and living,even human's way of thinking and expression . Today the expression of civil spirit has extended to cyber space. So, we should do some relative research from the aspect of philosophy.The word "Citizen" generally means a natural who is in some nationality. It generated from the developed town society ,and it meant "the person in a town ". Citizen in our state means a person who is in the nationality of People's republic of China. Civil spirit means a citizen has the spirit of the pursue for the freedom,the responsibility for the society. Its premise is the right of the citizen, and its subjective condition is awareness of the citizen, and its essential content is public spirit.Civil spirite in cyber-forum mainly means the citizen performs the sprite of the participation of public affairs, and the repossibility of the public. Compared to the ordinary civil spirit, the spirit in the cyber-forum is not a new spirit, but it has had some new features. Today, cyber-forum provides a broad way for people in internet ,improve the enthusiasm and responsibility of the people in internet . Of course , we should see the negative of the cyber-forum has influent promote of the civil spirit. So this article think we can promote the civil spirit through many ways such as the education for the people in cyber,the administrative management and so on.
