Hu Jintao's Creationary Contribution To Socialistic Nationality-Relation Theory

The central committee of Communist Party of China leaded by Hu Jintao developed socialistic nationality-relation theory creatively in the practice dealing with national problems since the 16th National People's Congress was held in 2002. Hu Jintao's theory on Chinese nationality-relation is a brand new achievement in the progress of Marxist national relation theory's localization in China. To summarize the contribution making by Hu Jintao to the socialistic national relation theory is the keystone in this paper.The paper is divided into three parts. The first part is to analyze theoretic, domestic and international backgrounds of Hu Jintao's nationality-relation theory. The second part is tracing back to the sourse of Marxist nationality-relation principles in five aspects. They are national equality and solidarity, national development, regional autonomy of minority nationalities, construction of cadres group of minority nationalities, and international relation. The last part is to discuss wholly Hu Jintao's creationary contribution to socialistic national relation theory.Guiding by Marxist nationality-relation principles, this paper intended to set out the creationary nationality-relation theory of Hu Jintao with innovative quality.
