Only through corresponding the relationship among management, implement and application of judicial appraisal, can we construct the judicial appraisal system in our country; can we promote the eformation of judicial appraisal system full-scale; can we form a well-ordered judicial appraisal system, effectively managed by the judicial administrative organs, scientifically judged by the judicial appraisal institutes, neutrally arbitrated by the people's courts.
