Study On The Political Civilization Construction Of China In The View Of Rule Of Law

Nowadays, the construction of a harmonious society has become a new strategic task as well as a new striving goal of China's socialist modernization. Acting as an important guarantee for the building of a harmonious society, political civilization is now playing a more and more important role. How to build a socialist political civilization, and thus to push forward the process of achieving a harmonious society is one of the most important but difficult tasks we are facing. The rule of law is not only the core content and the development symbol of political civilization, but also is an important guarantee and an only channel for the building of political civilization. Therefore, it is of remarkable significance to study and explore the building of political civilization in the view of rule of law.On the basis of analyzing the meanings of the rule of law and political civilization, the thesis discusses the relationship between the rule of law and political civilization. That's, from a static perspective, political civilization gives birth to the connotation of the rule of law; from the dynamic perspective, the rule of law is a basic method and an important guarantee of the operation of political civilization. The rule of law is of great value to the building of political civilization in China. Not only is it the core of the building of socialism political civilization and an important guarantee for the building, but also is an important symbol as well as an optimized channel of China's political civilization. Of all the legal problems appearing in the process of building socialism political civilization, the realization of the law is the most prominent, which generally exists in compliance with the law, execution of the law and judicial activities. By systematically analyzing the causes to the problems, the thesis puts forward some suggestions on building socialism political civilization from the perspective of the rule of law, such as improving party's leadership to realize administration by law, enhancing power restriction to perfect the supervision mechanism, raising the quality of legislation to push forward the exercising of the rule of law, completing administrative law-enforcement system to achieve governance by law; reforming the judicial system to obtain justice equity, and cultivating an atmosphere for the rule of law to promote the culture of the rule of law.
