Due to the intense secrecy and non-sound criminal evidence regulations of our country, there are many difficulties in collecting and examining the evidence of larceny case by judicial organizations. The author tries to analyze the characteristics and types of the evidence of larceny cases. Based on these analyses, the author will put the gravity on the research and discussion of the collection and examination of evidence of such cases.
