Today is a society of quick changing. Economic development, penetrating advance in the political system change, building up and swift and violent development of market economy in the social system, planned economic recession and scientific and technological advance have had an influence on our present life; On the other hand, in the present society with the pluralistic values coexisting, in order to adapt to the complex of the social life and the diversity of the demand, various social problems are connected more or less to the law problems and what legal people concern about is what kind of a role a judicial judge will play. Judicial judgments are very complicated and professional, and often kept apart from the common people by judicial officers through the professional terms of laws that are too profound to be understood, dull and trivial concepts and purely skillful logic. Moreover, judicial judgments are isolated from the social development and there are no comparative ideas and purposeful thinking. As a result, judicial judgments become increasingly weak against the present society, its functions and value can't be reflected in the present society structure, the special society roles judicial judges play can't be showed too. Traditional home judges think about sth. only from special cases not from the law and the whole society so that they can't face those important, new and shaking problems. Judicial judgments should show the law, and what's more, the social contents of the law should be showed. Judicial judgments should play active functions given by the society under the stability of the law. We should realize clearly that the success of a judicial judgment, to some degree, depends on whether it can reflect social demands to be trusted and respected by common people and the other departments, and therefore become an important power keeping the society in stable and harmonious development.
