Research On The Problem Of Preliminary Hearing About Criminal Investigation Of Our Country

The preliminary hearing system about criminal detection of our country has played some positive roles in the long-term practice, but the shortage has appeared day by day .After the Criminal Procedure Law was revised in 1996,the Department of Public Security proposed the reform of amalgamate of detection and interogation, but looking from the reform practice, it faces manycomplex questions at present.This article is to attempt detecting the concept, the function and the nature of the preliminary hearing at first, discussing the existing question and its reason of the preliminary hearing system of our country, analysising the success and failure of amalgamate of detection and interogation, and proposing some preliminary ideas of further reforms of preliminary hearing system about criminal detection of our country.
