Administrative Thoughts On Establishing Securities Supervision System Of China

The article is based on Act of Securities amended in 2005, laws, regulations, rules related and etc. From the point of administrative law of view, it makes a deep study and exploration on the securities supervision system of China. Firstly, it maintains what is the securities supervision system, summarizes development experience and studies its nature. Secondly, it makes a study and discussion on incomplete laws of securities of China, which brings about the insufficient securities supervision system. Thirdly, it makes a study and comparison on securities supervision systems throughout the world and analyzes their advantages and defects. Fourthly, it summarizes the factors which should be thought in establishing the securities supervision system from the securities of itself. Lastly, it puts forward to amend laws of securities, establishes securities supervision system of China through marketing and legalization and makes a systematical analysis on establishing securities supervision system of China from the self-regulation and establishment of organ.
