As the conception of harmonious society is pointed, the researchers on the subject of village community are confront with how to build harmonious villages. Name it, the work is exploring a mode that comfort the desire of developing a harmonious society. In a society people oriented, human father is more needed. That is, a better situation of father is more important to make the society healthy and steady. The situation of our country determine that only improving the human father can realize a kind of better society control. Only it can make the society develop potentially.This essay absorbed the newest research fruit. This course exhibit powerful life and wide future of villager autonomy system in the course of building democracy and legal system.The third part analysed the sense of building villager autonomy system in establish harmonious society. It can not only make the rural society steady and also regulate conflict.The fourth part is the core of this essay. First of all, introduced the situation of village autonomy of the sample-- Yushu City and Dehui City in Jilin province. Especially introduced general situation of election in four villages of villages A and B. From the Interview with cadres of villages and towns, workers of agricultural economy station, cadres of villages, key man of village and rural people, discovered problems in villager autonomy system. We find several problems, such as: villagers and cadres are of low culture level; villagers know insufficient about the system. They abandoned the right of self-vote, self-service, self-management, and self- surveillance. Excess interference towards villages by town; combating between the self-father organize and Party-community;the anabiosis of gens culture impact the authority of self-organize in villages; flowing of present made the father of village in a vacancy status.The fifth part of this essay, after researching and coordinating the problems in village autonomy, pointed ways to abandon the bad situation. First, pay attention to educating farmers, bread new type of farmers to release apathy of politics. Second, concerning about the environment of village autonomy to release excess intervene. And then, make the harmonious relationship between two communities. Improving gens culture with mordern culture.
