On The Political Technology Issues

The political technology refers to the social technology which adjusts the social relations in the field of interpersonal (organizational) political life. The political technology is composed of political subject, political object and political objectives. The existence and operation of the political technology have their own functions and the principles. The political technology issues are mainly concerned with the issues of progress in terms of the individual and group qualities of the political subject. The technology issues of the political reign, political management and political participation constitute the technology issues of the political order, namely the political objectives. The technology issues of the political revolution, political reform, political democracy, administrative leadership constitute the technology issues of the political activities,namely the political object. These three technologies constitute the political technology frame, and at the same time have developed as three individual theory systems. The political technology becomes a technology by its unique connotation, and affects the operation of the entire society. The important role that the political technology plays in the political civilization and the fact that becomes more and more important in the political civilization evolution show that the construction of our country's socialist political civilization must also pay great attention to the design and utilization of the political technology.
