Research On The Legal Regulation Of The Privatization Of Public Utilities

The paper discusses legal regulation of public utility. First, it is discussed market access in the privatization and after the privatization. Then, it is discussed the public supervision and improvement of supervision system. Third, it is discussed antimonopoly of public utility. Last, the paper discusses the improvement of legislation on the public utility. The author draws a conclusion through analyses that the privatization of public utility is one of efficient ways to solve the difficulty that public utility face. Meanwhile, the author draw a conclusion that legal regulation should be improved from various aspects, for example, market access, public control, public participation, reconstruction of supervisory organization, protection of monopoly and improvement of legislation. The legal regulation of public utility should be strengthened. We can achieve development of public utility trough the comprehensive control measures.
