Study On The Piaintiff's Qualificatory Standard In The Administrative Lawsuit

To study on the standard of plaintiff's qualification is a topic having not only the sense of abstractly, but also the sense of practical. It's not a concept stated in administrative procedure law, and can't induct justice directly. But it consists in the justice of administrative lawsuit.To instruct the justice, we had to grasp the criterion of the plaintiff's qualification. However, to grasp the criterion of the plaintiff's qualification, we had to distinguish the basic meaning of the plaintiff's qualification. Then though the study on the theory and practice of western countries such as the US, Japan, Germany and Taiwan area, I analyze the existing system and educe the lack of it ,and put forward some advice to perfect the system of plaintiff's qualification in administrative lawsuit.
