Thesis On Interest Balance In House Removal

Currently, urban house removal has become one of the hot issues of our society, how to settle the consequent disputes reasonably has become one of the problems we have to solve for the time being. The development of the system of urban house removal has been reviewed in this article and the article points out that the essential of such kind of disputes is striving for the interests, and expected to settle these disputes properly by the approach of balancing interests. In author's opinion, the settlement of such disputes is of the natural correspondence to the approach of interest balance, it is possible and necessary to solve such problem in accordance with the actual conditions in China. In fashioning the concrete systems, the author frames the fundamental principles for interests balancing in house removal from the perspective of neutrality of the state, interests balancing, favoring the vulnerable and due preprocess and explores the concrete methods of interests balancing from the angle of conception and systems.
