Grey correlative degree analysis method and so on is immature inthe use of suitability assessment. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used moreand very mature on suitability assessment. Each kind of factors involved in immigrantsettlement region suitability assessment is a comprehensive system of more than systemsand multi-goals. Not determinism between its subsystem and the subsystem, the goal andthe goal the determinism is a fuzzy question. Therefore, immigrant settlement regionsuitability assessment should use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.(2) From questionnaire survey and Delphi, we can know that: Township(town)immigrant settlement region suitability assessment system consists of farmer average perperson net income, average per person GDP, position condition, road traffic condition,average per person cultivated area, grain per unit area yield and so on eleven targets; theassessment index for villages Village level of immigrant settlement region are establishedfrom the production environment, the infrastructure, the economic environment and thesocial environment four aspects construct, including the average per person cultivated area,the cultivated land quality, production path convenience, irrigates the facility toconsummate and so on sixteen targets. In the immigrant settlement region choice, the localauthority mainly attention immigration security, social stability, whether the immigrationmoves works can smoothly develop. The immigration mainly pay attention to the workingcondition, the education and medical service condition. The position condition, the expertmainly pays attention to the locality whether have the environmental capacity and theinfrastructure condition.(3)The confirmation result indicated that: township level of immigrant settlementregion may divide into four big kinds in Tianquan County. Chengxiang Town and Shiyang Town are first kind. Meiling Town and so on are second kind. Xinchang Town and so onare third kind. Qingshi Town and so on are forth kind. Xin Min village is the best in villagelevel of immigrant settlement region.(4)The immigrants from Pubugou Hydropower are Settled in one, two, three kind oftowns except Lao Chang Town and Renyi Town which should be first considered inDagangshan Hydropower's immigrants which will implied soon.Towards immigrant settlement region suitability assessment, much work need to bedone. The suggestions were: first, carrying out research of the city immigrant settlementregion suitability assessment in view of the city immigrant's characteristic. Second,Establishing a science, practical, succinct index system of immigrant settlement regionsuitability assessment and synthesis appraisal method, as well as how causes the appraisalmethod in the application need to be further perfect and mature.
