Property management is the certain products of the estate market development .There are many problems in the property management because the rules of the property management are not amplified and its running is not perfect. The property management that was announced by the State Council on June 8th, 2003 is the essential law that is used to standardize the property management, defend the legal owners' and the enterprises of the property management.The property possession that is the right belonging of property is the state of the subjects' right belonging. There is not the concept of property belonging in the laws on the real estate. However, in recent years, it has been cared for and studied widely in the sphere of learning. The purpose of the establishment of the property belonging rules makes sure the rules of the use and punishment of property, protect the property rights, support and promote its normal exchange. It also makes the owners perfect their rights and regulate the benefit of property groups. Then, it can stop the dispute and promote the increasing of social wealth. The property belonging is mainly studied and analysed in my paper. The property belonging's qualitative, the property patent right, the right of the possession property in common, the right of the property adjoined and the registration of the property belonging is discussed too. The solutions to the dispute of the property belonging is raised. The suggestions are put forward to which are about the problems in the property belonging.It is stated in the introduction that the property dispute is rising in the reformation of the real estate and there are so many problems in the property management because the rules of the property management is not amplified and its running is not perfect. The law on the property is studied according to what has been stated.Part one is about the property belonging's qualitative. The concept of the property, the property management and the property belonging is analysed. The possession right of the rules on the property belonging is compared. The social value on the establishment of the rules about property belonging is set forth.Part two is about the patent possession right. The distinguishment of the houses possession right and the possession after the distinguishment of houses possession right is expounded. The object about the buildings possession right is emphasized. The object includes the range parts of the possession and the rights and duties of the owners.Part three is about the rights of the property possession in common. The object of the property possession rights in common, the content and the right of the owners is also discussed.Part four is about the right of the property adjoined. The concept, the content, the convenience of adjoining and the disadvantages of adjoining is expounded.Part five is about the rules of the property belonging registration. The meaning, the concept, the positive effect, the procedure, the content and the lawful responsibility is also stated.Part six is about the dispute on the property belonging. The usual solutions to the dispute are discussed. It includes the ways of dealing with the proper and the common possession right dispute, the regulation of the contradiction of the property adjoining and the lawsuit about the property belonging.Finally, some advice to the perfection of the law is put forward. The law includes the adjoining law, the right to use the land and the law of making using of space.
