The Judisfication Of The Chinese Military Law Institution On Civil Suits

This article has been focusing on the possibility of judisfication of Chinese military law institution on civil suits,the existing problems,and plans on resolving these problems.Before the thoughroully demonstration ,the article gives us a short explane on the definishion of Military judisfication,to show us a clearly picture of the theme.After this work,the article shortly demonstrates us a small picture of Russian army's judisfication on civil suits .The articl has been carried on the theory that the rights of military judisfication on civil suits is one branch of state's judical rights to the military region,focusing on the thoughroully demonsrtation on the possibility of Chinese army's judisfication on civil suits after analysing the characteristcs and the reasons of these characteristics.At the end ,the article gives us a demonstration on how to resolve the existing problems to perfecate the system of the military judisfication on civil suits after analysing the problems.The article is devided into four parts .The first part shows us a general picture of the military judisfication on civil suits,systematically demonstrating the definishion,the characteristics,the reasons of the characteristics and the base of the Chinese military judisfication on civil suits.The second part focuses on the comparation between the judisfication on civil suits of Chinese Army's Law Institute and that of Russion .The problems will unvoidablly occure as the practice of the military judisfication on civil suits is just beginning ,and the existing unperfection of the civil suits procedure law will give another push on the occurance .The third part analyses the existing problems of the military judisfication on civil suits on perspective of legislation,judication and the present unfriendly conditions of the Army.The last part ficts plans to resolve these problems.
