History And Realty: Anti-Corruption Crime's Criminal Policy

Criminal policy is made by the Country or the Power Party. It depends on the power of the party, and it can guide law-making and administration of justice. It is a measure that suppress the criminal. And it is also a programe, a tactics or a rule of action. Policy of combining suppression with leniency is our basic criminal policy, It is not only the guidance of our law-making, but also the guidance of our administration of jusitice. It limits the formulation, revision and the supplement. From the development of our law-making, we limited the useless of the death penalty, but we haven't abolished the death penalty of corruption crime. Corruption crime is always thought as a serious crime from ancient times. It threatened the steady of our society and the development of economy. So, every dynasty thinks it an important thing to suppress the corruption crime. We carried out the policy that suppress the corruption crime heavily and quickly. Corruption crime is ruled death penalty ,but in fact, the new dynasty took the palace of the old, the same reason is that the corruption of the officers. From the reality, we use the old nature and it is an important politics policy. But it is reported that there are 36 officers who work in the province, judicature government has limited their freedom. Procuratorates of our country have put on record and investigated 27907 law cases of corruption and bribe from January to August in 2004. So, it is not available to prevent the corruption with the power of the criminal law. From the criminal policy of corruption punishment and criminal law—making, we can know that the threaten of the death penalty hasn't enough power to suppress the serious corruption crime. On the other hand, if we abolish the death of corruption crime, it can not only help us set up other measures , strengthen other ways to suppress the high tide of crime, catch the corrupt officers who hided in the USA, Canada or other countries. But also can impel our criminal law—making development and the establishment.
