Therefore, it's more important to identify and prevent Fraud Crimes by Contract so as to maintain the development of our normal, sustainable and healthy economy.There are five parts in my thesis . After brief concepts on Fraud Crime by Contract and on prevention of it, the thesis brings out and analyzes the prevention measures of fraud crime by contract in the eye of eliminating cause, facing to feature, full course , justice so as to make a great round wall preventing the crime in all directions.First, this thesis brings the importance and possibility of fraud crime by contract into account, considering the historic landscapes in which fraud crime by contract , gets causes and characteristics that the crime comes out in view of facts as follows : society, management, victim, individual, and so on ,and, by publicizing the information ,improving the power against fraud, and by doing other things, study how to remove the cause that it grow out ,finally to prevent the fraud crime by contract. Second, seeing to prevention facing to feature ,tell differences between fraud crime by contract, civil deceit by contact and crime of fraud, and talk about the special measures for prevention according to objective forms of fraud crime by contract .Then, especially speaking of characteristics of contract fraud, makes victims know how to prevent it through the course of signing, implementation, and breach of contract in order to make victims better prevent fraud and decrease the number of cases of contract fraud ,so a healthy , harmonious, economic state will take on .At last ,thinks that judicial prevention is a important measure preventing contact fraud , of which nothing else can take place. Discusses several great problems on judicial identification and crucial points in judicial practice to go into the deep truth, and continues to do how to how to identify the"Contract"for"Contract Fraud Crime"from its two aspects of property and form. And then reflects on the understanding and identification bases in judicial practice of"the Purpose of Illegal Possession", the thesis analyses how to identify"the Purpose of Illegal Possession"correctly in Contract Fraud Crimes. Moreover, the thesis explores"other means"of Contract Fraud Crimes, points out an essential characteristics that the contract must be used of. And than analyses the improper punishment actions toward the victims, and considers the improper actions must be the action that push the victim to deliver the property by its misunderstanding.
