The juror system is one kind judicial system which adopts unprofessional judges to take part in inspection of the cases. With more and more execution of people's accessors in practice, its problems arises gradually, though it makes effect on judicial justice, opening and supervision.In legislation, it conflicts the principle of judicial independence and the right of citizen's election. For normal people do not have satisfactory law consciousness, we can only pick up the accessors conditionally. It cannot actually speicfy the genenalism of the choosing of the jurors. This system itself has problems of the supervision and evasion of the jurors .This article introduces the status of the juror system in China, points out the existing problems of this system in practice, contrasts the advantages and disadvantages of the exectution of the accessors in China from the aspects of the juror's origin, development and execution. It analyzes the traditional cultrue, the citizen's law consciousness, law history and the benefit of the juror system to conclude that this system is not suitable for Chinese juridiciton. China is a country that puts more emphasis on the relationship than the actual application of the law. And the normal citizen don't have the satisfactory law basis. In additon, China is a country applies the written law which is hard to understand for normal people without judicial education..The benefit brought by this system can also be realised by other relative systems,otherwise, this system acutally woulde be rasied more problems than it can be solved.The author raisesthe abilition of the exectution of the juror system in China, and points out that it is not necessary to apply this system, it can be totally and necessarily abolished.
