It is the debt-credit trade to study essence in finance of credit, and unification of endogenous interests and external controlling mechanism in legal essence. From this concept, this paper thinks that the credit means, the ability and behavior that every participant on the financial market need to repay debts, including fulfilling the appointed contract honestly and observing the legal obligation strictly. From a different perspective, it is the participant's credit interests in the transaction and controlling mechanism of economic, legality and ethic.The lack of credit in financial market ruins the regulation, fairness and competition to a certain extent, which causes a lot of adverse effects to development environment of the finance. To settle the problem depends on analyzing the reason deeply. This paper explores its reason from economics, civil law, politics, sociology and ethics.On the basis of the above reasons, this paper points out that to perfect the legal environment of financial market credit includes fundamental legal environment and legal environment of financial market credit. On the former, distinct proprietary of state-owned enterprise in private law, and set up the controlled and divided power system rationally. On the latter, firstly should regard the People's Bank of China as government pushers to accelerate the social credit investigation legislation. Secondly set up credit controlling law through the credit risk management law of the banking, information disclosure law and insurance publication, and enlarge the subject of legal liability and bring in the class action, which make the punishment to the promise breakers more effective.
