Our corporation law is provided with simple content,harsh situations,little operation and content with defect. This text stress the importance of discussion shareholder,shareholder right,share structure and small-scale shareholder right in order to evoke a heated research to small-scale shareholder protection system and improve the legislation of corporation law.
