Succession And Development Of Trust In China

The real charm of the long history and great progress of Trust System in countries of Anglo-American Law System lies in its flexible property proprietary right structure, strong adaptation and multiple functions. So, from 20^th century, many countries of Civil Law System have paid more and more attention to it. But due to the great difference in the conception of property proprietary right between the two systems, countries of Civil Law System meet great difficulties in explaining the theory of Trust System. The article aims to put forward the significance, as well as the methods of developing Trust System in China by analyzing the conditions and the existing problems of Trust System in other countries of Civil Law System.
