Study On The Law Supervision And Regulation Of Carriage Of Dangerous Goods By Sea

The carriage of dangerous goods by sea is an important part in the field of marine transport.now,for the sake of the safety of the lives and wealth on the sea,how to strengthen the law supervision and regulation of the carriage of dangerous goods by sea,is one of the issues that attract most attention.With the research methods, such as comparative analysis,demonstration analysis, combining the basic theories of maritime law and administrative law,and drawing lessons from international convention,the advanced legislation of shipping developed countries,the paper expounds systematically the definition,content,organization and methods of the law supervision and regulation of the carriage of dangerous goods by sea,analyses deficiency of the present legislation in our country,and then proposes some amendments.Meanwhile,this paper analvzes some specific problems,such as the new situation of the law supervision and regulation of the carriage of dangerous goods by sea,the scope of the dangerous goods under the law supervision and regulation,the special way under the container,the application of the port facility security,the setup of our country's law supervision and regulation of carriage of dangerous goods by sea,with the hope of promoting the development of carriage of dangerous goods by sea and the perfection of marine legsilation.This paper has four chapters :the fiste chapter is about the general summarization of the law supervision and regulation of the carriage of dangerous goods by sea,the second chapter is about the content,the third chapter is about the organzations and their methord ,and the fourth chapter is the end of this paper,which discusses the situation and the advises of China' law supervision and regulation of the carriage of dangerous goods by sea.
