Study On The Socialist Market Economic Capacity Of Communist Party Of China In Globalization

The world economics globalization is now the world's development tidal current and the objective tendency. It provides the global background for us to construct the Chinese characteristic socialism and one kind of vision of globalization to develop the world productive forces. Unifying the socialism with the market economy and establishing the Chinese characteristic socialist market economy system is a big pioneering work of Chinese Communists. On one hand, it needs the huge theory courage and innovation ability, one the other hand, it's controlling scientifically under the globalization background needs to deal with a series of complex relations in reality and solve many deep-level problems correctly.Aiming at how to enhance the ability of Communist Party of China to rein socialist market economy under the economical globalization background, this article analyzes every ability comprehensively which Communist Party of China should have.This article divides into five parts. The first part analyzes the importance of the Communist Party of China to control the socialist market economy ability construction from the formation and trait of economical globalization and the characteristic and the foundation of the China socialist market economy under the economical globalization background. The second part, from the point that the economical globalization should persist in scientific development view, elaborates that we must use the developmental means to solve advancing question and advances the project of socialism with Chinese characteristics to develop forward. Also, we must hold the development opportunity under the new century and new stage, set up and fulfill the view of scientific development, and develop better and more quickly. The third part analyzes how to deal with all kinds of relationship under the economical globalization background to enhance the party to control the socialist market economy ability under the condition of socialist market economy. The fourth part analyzes the necessity of the system, mechanism and means of further consummating the party to lead the economical work and proposed the concrete way. The fifth part, from the point of importance and urgency of enhancing the ability of leaders' controlling the socialist market economy, analyzes the ability that the leading cadre should have to control the socialist market economy under the condition of economical globalization background. Also, it analyzes how to enhance the ability of the leading cadre to control the socialist market economy from several aspects.
