The tactics of police investigation is guiding police conducting actions of investigatation, searching and arresting, and correctly identifying and catching operational methods of different kinds of criminals or criminal suspects. The Tactics of police investigation can be used to discover and efficiently capture kinds of criminals and criminal suspects, investigate the facts and evidences to effectively combat criminal activity. Using the tactics could be as far as possible to reduce the price to pay to avoid mistakes and to minimize losses and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of law enforcement activities.As the criminal deteriorating, the public security police's injury rate is increasing when searching and chasing various of suspicions. Using inspecting and chasing tactics correctly can avoid this kind of situation effectively. Thus, the security department began attaching importance to inspecting and chasing theory .The relative training sections pay more and more attention to inspecting and chasing tactics. Under the direction by higher authorities, all public security sections and relative teachers began researching on inspecting and chasing tactics, and have developed a series of teaching materials such as textbooks, PowerPoint show materials, Flash Instruction show materials, video teaching, etc. But all these are plane, lack of sensity on watching. Through the progress on teaching, teachers explain a lot and mostly utilizing pictures and photos to illustrate the cooperation between members when inspecting and chasing. Meantime, the training police will cost their training opportunity when back to work.For this, the author designed a inspecting and chasing system after asking and considering the advices of the experts based on the system nowadays. The aim of the training system is to improve problems of the absence of three-dimensional sensory and overall co-ordination in the present system of teaching. Guiding by inspecting and chasing tactic theory and based on today's system, using 3D, Poser, etc, make good of today's system's lacking on sense of sight. Illustrating the entire cooperating method by telling the numbers of member and their situations; Illustrating the information communication ways by showing members standard posing and acting; Offering helps to the police through humanity screens and improve their learning interests through using gamed simulated battlefield.The system has two main functions: Aided Information and practicing. In aided information, there are three parts: building searching, vehicle control and tactic sign language, and building searching includes room searching and five ways of corridor searching. In vehicle control, there are correct and incorrect approaching method and correct questioning method. In sign language, there are varies of body language used in the situation such as can not using sound during the actions. In practicing, there are choices for exercising environment, members and sign language. Training police may select either item according to their needs such as a building searching or vehicle control exercising environment, number of suspicion people and police member, whether there is any hostage and relative sign language. Using the system, police instructors can use one of the part of the auxiliary teaching to conduct on. As for training civilian police, after studying theory content and under the guidance of teachers, can understand how to use seizing tactics and cooperate with each other to effectively search and arrest criminals and criminal suspects against various simulation warfare. Therefore it could enhance law-enforcement professional quality, and strive to achieve the most in actual combat effectively combat criminal activity and reduce the price paid, access the best law enforcement benefits.Having been paid more and more attention on inspecting and chasing, in some software companies, they do many efforts on developing tactics and training. Today, there already exists relative good systems such as FuoShan preventing injury tactic training system, using emulated objects and environments, distinguish the key motions and poses of trainee police, communicating simultaneously and recording automatically, improve the police's shooting and shielding ability. But the function it offers is single and can not com; lute building searching and other inspection and chasing tactics. It also needs series of hardware, this costs a lot comparatively. Our system contains all parts of inspecting and chasing in function, and can be easily used in computer without extra hardware and facilities. It can be taken in discs and used by all the police and physical teachers openly with little cost. The function of our system can be advanced whenever necessary.As time of the design is limited, the system in this paper has only realized aided teaching part about the three kinds of stairs searching and demo about 31 kinds of tactics sign language. Contrasting with current systems which is being used, the system significantly enhances three-dimensional sensory and provides a simulation on the stairways searching of the scene for superintendent of instructors. At the same time, it provides the details of every action in the course when explaining tactical sign language. At present, the part of the system which has been designed has been used in Jilin Province People's Police badge for training courses. Superintendent of police and trained instructors give a high evaluations of teaching results, and are looking forward to the end of all-round system design be used in the later teaching system.
