| The Bankruptcy Trustee System is introduced by the Law of the People'sRepublic of China on Enterprise Bankruptcy, which is widely adopted by manynations at the moment. Because of the legal gap existed between theinternational and the domestic bankruptcy trustee system, the legislation isconfronted with many problems in legal status of trustees, rights and powers,duties and responsibilities and the supervision system. Considering thesituation, the article will do some research on the legal status of bankruptcytrustee and his corresponding duties and rights.
