During the recent years, the urban house demolition has came into a phase of rapid development with the rapid development of our economy, double-quick urbanization and the increasing reconstruction in the city. The urban house demolition in the city plays a positive role in this realization of the city planning, environment and city outlook renewal, proper ultilization of land resources, and the improvement of the citizens' living conditions. However, it is not difficult to see the clash of interests during the exploration of the urban house demolition , and the root of which lies in the benefit struggle among the three groups: government, real estator and the relocated householder. They are the principal parts in the course of the urban house demolition, and the government is the administrator of land and the representatives of the public interest. Government possesses sufficient political resources, and it provides public articles, fulfill and increase the social benefit as well as the maximization of its own interests by making detailed arrangement and systems such as investing items permit, city planning permit, construction sites permits, and tenement removal permit, etc. The real estator appears as "middleman" in the urban house demolition. For realizing the more profit, they do all they can to lower the land transfer fee and the compensation payout to the householder, raise the price of repayment at the same time, and seize the government by their industrial character and advantage for their profit expansionism, which mean that they achieve their private interests by taking the advantage of the public authority and reduce the exploiture and operation cost to encoach on the householder's benefit from administrative benefit. The relocated householder are of a disadvantaged group during that removal and their benefit always receive the "authority's" restriction and the "profit's" infraction, for they are short of necessary organization and the unequal social positions.The existence of interest conflict is inevitable in market economy background. The key to solve the conflict is not to demolish it but to perfect the "safety valve" equipment and strengthen the interests conformity. Starting with the interest group in urban house demolishment, this thesis analyses the current conflicts in the demolishment with the fundamental theory and method of Game Theory and points out that the reason for this conflict in the course of the urban house demolition is that there is a lack of reasonable and efficient system of those interests equiponderance during the removal. A main reason causing this removal conflict is the malapportioned benefits among the local government, real estator and the relocated householder, as well as their unequal positions in the course of the urban house demolition. Based on this research, the present thesis points out that the solution of the problems in the demolishment calls for the balance of interest and the sharing of profit by all the groups. This provides some suggestion on precaution and solution of the disputes in city house demolishment. Only by getting the harmonious relations among the benefits of government, real estator and the relocated householder which may ensure all of their group benefits' increase and development can we solve the interests conflict in the course of tenement removal fundamentally in the city, stop those disharmonious phenomenon, and ensure the better development of harmonious society consequently.
