The Research On The Interest Group In The Urban House Demolition

A main reason causing this removal conflict is the malapportioned benefits among the local government, real estator and the relocated householder, as well as their unequal positions in the course of the urban house demolition. Based on this research, the present thesis points out that the solution of the problems in the demolishment calls for the balance of interest and the sharing of profit by all the groups. This provides some suggestion on precaution and solution of the disputes in city house demolishment. Only by getting the harmonious relations among the benefits of government, real estator and the relocated householder which may ensure all of their group benefits' increase and development can we solve the interests conflict in the course of tenement removal fundamentally in the city, stop those disharmonious phenomenon, and ensure the better development of harmonious society consequently.
