On the Security Obligation of Property Management Enterprise Abstract: Recently, the security obligation has become a hot issue in the area of infringement law. With the development of society, the application scope of the security obligation is changing. It is a newborn thing of the rapid developing real estate market in China, which brings a series of issues, such as how to protect the personal and property security of the house-owners, how to apply the security obligation scientifically and systematically, and how to determine the law obligation that the property management company must take as result of the violation of the security obligation. Combined with the experience of the related foreign legislation and judicial, this paper studies on the nature and the content of the security obligation and points out the duty of the security obligation violation, moreover, gives out the ideas of improving and developing the security obligation system.
