International Protection Of Trademark

Nowadays society is the knowledge-base economy society, and every country pays attention to the intellectual property extremely. The protection of trademark especially the international protection of trademark has become the emphasis that every country occupies the priority being beneficial to location in international trade in the protection of intellectual property. The author discussed and studied the issue on the base of the significance and pragmatism owing to the international protection of trademark. The present researches on the issue concentrates in listing some regulations of international conventions which our country has put in the homeland mainly, and this is very useful to the legislation of our country. The author set off from another angle and took the regulations of the international conventions and regional treaty and the relevance legislation of some main countries in the world for the article style ,then disscussed the regulations about the international protections of trademark and gave comparison and analyses together. Besides, the same in the light of above-mentioned style has been in progress to some peculiar problems in the international protection of trademark. The author accomplished this article by the way of consulting and analyzing large amount of document data and the trademark cases which are about the international protection of trademark, and also sum up out self viewpoint ultimately.The main body of this article has divided into five parts. Because of the limited space of the article, the author mainly introduced and analysed the aspect of the substantive law about international protection on trademark, and introduced the regulations of the procedure law comparatively shortly. But the article makes every effort to have carried out expounding comparatively clear and definite on this issue, and it have expressed the author's view to this problem and the viewpoint as much as possible.
