Research On Ruling Resources Of The Chinese Communist Party

Ruling party uses ruling resources to promote its own ideas, implement its policies, maintain its own political systems and social systems orderly, consolidate its ruling status and guarantee its effectiveness. Based on the roles of the elements in the ruling resources system, ruling resources of the Chinese Communist Party can be divided into: basic resources, operational resources and protective resources. Ruling resources are changed by the ruling process of the ruling party and social changes. As international and domestic environment changes, the party's ruling resources are expanding while also the waste, loss, the idle and other phenomena. Therefore, we should make great efforts to consolidate and develop the party's ruling resources.
