With the pervasive existence and application of vast sea of information in Information Age, modern war has a peculiar request for logistic service competences. It is believed that modern war is" to strike material insurance","to strike logistics". And the important contents of modern logistics'construction is: The integration of military and society, resources sharing, giving priority to "efficiency", reforming system, perfecting mechanism, broadening channels, building a good and quick modern military logistics on the basis of military and sociality logistics'integration, ensure the supplies of materials in time, guarantee the accuracy during wartime, achieve the aim of perfecting our material insurance. For these reasons, research has been made on the occurrence of the military logistics and potential problems have been pointed out based on the analysis of the current situation. The relevant modern theories of management have been adopted to analyze these problems. The purpose of this paper is intending to set up a new scientific system of military supply chain management on the basis of military and society logistics'integration which can reflect the characteristics of the modern war in Information Age. A good will has been expressed in this research paper to provide significant and meaningful references and implications for experts and scholars in the filed of national defense economy, as well as decision-makers in various kinds of organizations and other walk of life. This research paper has been arranged according to its natural logic and coherence as follows: in the introduction part, the previous researches and literatures on the study of logistics, military and social logistics'integration, and military supply chain management have been recalled. Proposal on how to integrate military supply chain management with the societal SCM has been presented on the basis of military and social logistics'integration in the first part. In the second part, the process of integration has been looked backed and the occurrence of military logistics construction has been analyzed. Potential problems and reasons causing those problems have been dug out. In the third part, we ascertained four basic principles on building the military supply chain management on the basis of military and social logistics'integration. Under these principles, we finished the macrocosmic layout which encircles the idea of"quick response". In the fourth part, we bring forward the practical and feasible measures which include four aspects: the selection of suitable patterns, management of the logistics channels, the synchro-mechanism, management of risks. As regards the selection of appropriate patterns: We acclaim that we should choose the "agile" pattern which is driven by military consumer's needs, and should use"Just in Time"strategy with preparation of some basic works. In the field of the management of the logistics channels: We recommended three measures which have been based on shortening the preparation time. They are drawing military supply chain diagrams, the management of bottleneck environment and prolonging customer's ordering time. In the field of the synchrony mechanism: We must build a virtual military supply chain network-- information sharing platform at first. With the platform, we set up a synchrony relationship and claim a new concept about Vendor Management and Vendor Managed Inventory. In the field of management of risk: We firstly discussed the definition of military supply chain risks and the method of verification about the origination of the risks. Based on this foundation, we proposed a seven-step method of management about the risks and ventures in the nodes of supply chain, which includes: Firstly, we should understand the potential risks of military supply chain; secondly, we should improve the military supply chain system; thirdly, we will determine the critical paths along the supply chain; fourthly, ways to manage the critical paths have been discussed; fifthly, we enhance the visibility of the network; sixthly, we should establish a group of the supply chain's continuous work; seventhly, supplier and military customer should go hand in hand for tight cooperation. From these measure, our new management system can be practical and feasible.
