In China, migrant workers is a huge number but very vulnerable groups, is the country's political stability, and development of an important force. Migrant workers are China's urban system changes and the emerging socio-economic transformation of a special group. Due to historical, cultural, social and legal systems, and other aspects of reasons, the city migrant workers present situation is not optimistic, in the state of the economy, personal security, social security, education of their children and so on in the multiple difficulties.
