Our government also pays mor Crime of trafficking in woman is a serious crime to infract female rights, and also a serious e attention to punish and strike this kind of crime.It is not a new problem in the world or in our country, only in Asia about 250 thousand woman and children were be sold against law. It has listed over 20 years from 1980s of last Century to now for fighting this crime in our country, especially since 1990s of last Century, this crime has many new characteristics in some special areas and in some special time periods, due to the unbalance economic development and enlargement of the gap between rich and poor.Recently on the basic of floating of capital, technology and labor all over the world, the number of floating and migrating population is increased. Follow the situation the number of floating woman in some margining and poor areas of Guizhou Province is increased, and the crimes of trafficking in woman is also increased. The ratio of this kind of crime is larger than other crimes in the poor and margining areas, the reasons are backward economy and culture, poor livelihood, unwisdom, low social position of yang woman and child in the poor areas. Those fragilities make them becoming most victims in the crime. In 1990s it is the higher ratio of this crime in those poor areas, but since that into 21st century the criminal quantity decreased. In the basic research on the crime in Henzhang county, and other cases of margining areas in Guizhou province, and combination with many fragilities of female children and woman were be sold, this thesis focused on the study of characteristics and the reasons of this crime in the areas, provided suggestion on policy and law to prevent the crime, studied for perfect legislation of this crime in China, and discussed about applicable death penalty in recent situation of the quantitative decreasing of this crime.Except introduction and postscript, the thesis included four chapters with total about 45,000 words.Chapter one summarized the crime in general. It described the concept and the legislating of this crime in China, discussed about its statues in poor areas of Guizhou province and in China. This chapter used the cases from Hezhang county, Guizhou province, summarized the characteristics of this crime in the counties under national poverty line, such as Hezhang county, and analyzed the formation reasons of this crime in poor areas of Guizhou province.Chapter two concluded the experiences and lessons leaned from analyzing the judicatory practices in Hezhang county, Guizhou province, and the basic statues of being against the crime in China, and discussed the criminal prevention strategies of the county.Chapter three discussed some suggestions for perfect legislation on against the crimes through the judicatory practices, discussed the necessary of recent "strictly against of this crime", provided some suggestions for criminal policy combination both lenity and strictness on against the crimes.Chapter four reviewed the legislation situation in ancient period of China and in other countries and areas in the world for the crime, and provided some suggestion on applicable death penalty for being against the crime in China daringly.
